How You’ll Make an Impact
We’re seeking a Senior Accountant to join a nationally recognized Dallas-based professional services firm. This is a full-time hybrid role (Tues/Thurs in office + flex days) with a standard great work/life balance.
You’ll oversee key accounting functions, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. You’ll also support payroll, help oversee accounts payable, assist with audits and tax-basis reporting, and contribute to process improvements. This role offers visibility across the business and the opportunity to make an immediate impact within a collaborative accounting team.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (experience with payment processing systems is a plus)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
