This is a high-visibility role with exposure across leadership and cross-functional teams, offering the opportunity to take ownership of strategic client relationships and contribute to how the business continues to scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage strategic client relationships post-sale, including ongoing execution and long-term account growth
- Lead client-facing conversations, including presentations, solution discussions, and ongoing communication
- Analyze data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for clients
- Operate in a fast-moving environment where processes may not always be clearly defined
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve challenges
- Manage a book of business while identifying opportunities to expand relationships
- Lead pricing discussions, contract conversations, and negotiations with clients
- Set expectations, guide timelines, and ensure successful delivery across engagements
- Drive work forward independently while balancing collaboration across teams
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and overall efficiency

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience owning client relationships in an account management, customer success, or similar role
- Ability to lead strategic conversations, not just execute tasks
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business decisions
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions without defined processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and push back when needed
- High level of curiosity and desire to learn new concepts quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to drive work forward independently
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
