I left security and a paycheck behind to chase something I couldn’t ignore.

I’ve launched my own firm: Rootbound Partners.

After 14 years in recruiting, building teams, an office from scratch, and placing hundreds of people into roles that changed their lives, I’ve taken the biggest leap of my own.

The decision didn’t come overnight. Over the last five years, I became a mom of two, grew as a leader, and started paying closer attention to the kind of legacy I want to build—for my clients, for my candidates, for my kids. And soon, my future team.

Because life is short and I never wanted to look back and wonder, what if?
I wanted my kids to see what it looks like to go after the fire in your belly.

To trust what you know.
To stop shrinking to fit.
To build the thing you can’t afford not to build.

Rootbound Partners is the product of that fire.

It’s a recruiting firm built around the belief that people aren’t meant to stay in environments that can’t hold their growth.
