About Our Client
We’re partnering with a Dallas-based law firm focused on insurance defense litigation, supporting both traditional carriers and self-insured clients.
This is a well-established firm with a collaborative team environment and a strong reputation in its space. While the work is fast-paced and detail-driven, the firm offers a supportive culture, long-term stability, and a leadership team that values accountability and trust.
What You’ll Do
- Support a Managing Partner across active insurance defense litigation matters, including slip and fall and trucking accident cases
- Conduct legal research and gather case-related information to support ongoing litigation
- Request, track, and manage records from external vendors
- Maintain and organize case files to ensure matters move efficiently through the litigation process
- Partner closely with attorneys and support staff to keep cases progressing on time
- Execute quickly on direction while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally, including pushing back when needed to ensure clarity or accuracy

What You Bring
- Paralegal experience within an insurance defense environment
- Strong understanding of litigation process and case flow
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Confidence to take direction and execute quickly without constant oversight
- Strong communication skills with the ability to ask questions and push back professionally when needed
- Comfortable working with a direct, detail-oriented leader who expects work done correctly the first time
