With recent investment fueling expansion, the company is scaling its analytics capabilities and building out a stronger Business Analyst function.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain recurring dashboards that support internal and customer-facing reporting

Analyze performance data by comparing historical baselines to current results to identify trends and insights

Translate complex and imperfect datasets into clear, actionable recommendations

Support executive and cross-functional teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs

Identify trends in platform usage and customer behavior to support strategic decisions

Improve reporting accuracy and efficiency by standardizing data inputs and analytics processes

Partner with internal teams to ensure insights translate into meaningful business impact

What You Bring
-
1–3 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a similar analytical role

Strong Excel skills and experience with Tableau or Power BI

Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights

Curiosity and analytical thinking that goes beyond simple reporting

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams

Interest in understanding how data connects to customer outcomes and business strategy
